Before contacting us for support, please search the following resources for a solution to your problem:


Contact Support

We provide only email and web based support. We don't support customers by phone or instant messengers.


Before contacting us for any support issue, you need to get registered at our helpdesk. E-mails sent to from addresses other than registered in your support account are filtered off and won't be addressed. The registration is free and doesn't take long:

  1. Go to the helpdesk.
  2. Click Register at the top of the page.
  3. Fill in the form you will be taken to. In the Your email address field enter the e-mail address you'll use to send support requests.
  4. Click the Create an account button at the bottom of the form when you are through.
  5. You will be sent an e-mail with a "validate your account" link. Click it to confirm the registration, and your account will be activated.
