Software Recompilation Request

Please follow the sysadmin guide to recompile many common packages without assistance from Psoft.

Alternatively, we are offering software recompilation services at a fee set in our Price list.

To request a software recompilation:

1. Follow the security procedure.
2. Contact support and provide the following data:
   • CP URL
   • Account ID in my-hsphere
   • The IP of the server
   • The package to be recompiled
   • Preferred configuration
   • Preferred recompilation time. This must be not earlier than in 48 hours after submitting the request. Recompilations are not performed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. It is also advisable that you stay available during the recompilation process.
   • Any other information applicable to your particular situation.
