Custom Job Request

Psoft Support Team receives many requests to perform other jobs than those listed in Requesting H-Sphere Support page. The example of such custom job would be: importing users from other control panels, moving user databases and mail, creating custom templates, configurations, scripts and many more.

In order to perfom a custom job, we first evaluate the possibility of doing it. We also need parameters depending on the type of a job.

To request a custom job:

1. Follow the security procedure.
2. Contact support through our Support Page with the following data:
   • CP URL
   • Account ID in my-hsphere
   • Preferred configuration
   • Preferred custom job perfomance time. This must be not earlier than in 48 hours after submitting the request. It is recommended that you stay available during the installation process.
   • Any other information applicable to your particular situation.
