Due to lack of stability of mod_throttle, and lack of new updates, as well as maintenance from the developer of mod_throttle, we will be terminating support for mod_throttle as of December 1, 2006.

All the releases of apache after that date will not have mod_throttle included.

In case of incompatibilty between the next Apache security update and mod_throttle, we may terminate support for mod_throttle earlier. Yet, we will try to make them work together until December 1st.
