Update, release notes and procedure:

• for HS 2.4.3 +
• for HS 2.5 +

This update includes the following packages:

• hsphere-mail-service-3-36
• hsphere-phppgadmin-4.1.2-0
• hsphere-perl-1-11
• hsphere-webmails-2-29
• hsphere-imap-4.1.3-0

Note: this is the last update for H-Sphere 2.4.3 branch. H-Sphere 2.4.3 version updates and fixes will be terminated since July 1, 2007. PSoft encourages all customers to update to stable 3.0 version

Procedure

1. Log into your control panel server as root:
   
   su -
2. If you have previous downloads of package updater version pkgupdates-hs243-5, run:
   rm -fR pkgupdates-hs243-6*
3. Download the update package from our site:
   Linux:
   
   wget http://www.psoft.net/shiv/HS/updates/pkgupdates-hs243-6.tar.gz
   FreeBSD:
   
   fetch http://www.psoft.net/shiv/HS/updates/pkgupdates-hs243-6.tar.gz
4. Unpack the archive:
   
   tar xzf pkgupdates-hs243-6.tar.gz
5. Enter the unpacked directory:
   
   cd pkgupdates-hs243-6
6. To update all packages to the latest version, run the script:
   
   sh update

Note: If you want some packages to be skipped during update or only specific package to be updated, refer to package updater options.

Procedure:

1. Run HS updater for the latest version of H-Sphere 2.5 from the directory the updater is located.
   sh U25.0P10
2. To update the packages to the latest version, execute:
   hspackages

Note: If you want some packages to be skipped during update or only specific package to be updated, refer to hspackages options.
