You can move accounts between resellers if they belong to one of the following plan types:
- Unix
- Windows
- MySQL
- Unix RealServer
- Windows RealServer
- Administrator
You can't move accounts that to other plans types, such as e-mail only.
To move an end user account to a different reseller:
- Find the account using the Search > In Resellers utility.
- Click the Move icon in the Controls column:
- Proceed with the wizard following the instructions on screen.
You can't move a reseller's
service account
to another reseller.
Note: Even though resellers use different nameservers,
you don't need to add them to the control panel.
